Guiders Insurance chatbots are intended to answer a user’s general questions about Medicare and Medicare Advantage in an educational format. They are not designed to answer questions specific to an individual.  All user inputs are scrubbed for identifying information before processing. Deidentified chat records are retained according to this privacy policy.
